* Weeding of all beds by hand and herbicide applications

8 granular applications to turf grass which includes: 5 Pest control, 1 Weed & Feed, 1 Pre-emergent, 1 Straight fertilization/High Pot Ash

In nature there is an acceptable amount of beneficial insects (example: lady bug, honey bee) which maintain balance with pests--we use integrated pest management or IPM for short, this is the law we must first identify a pest causing damage and then treat appropriately using the least toxic insecticides labeled for control in most cases organic pesticides or horticultural oils may be used in eradicating such pests.

Irrigation inspections are preformed on a quarterly basis for all full service maintenance properties.
